By accessing or using this Website, purchasing services, joining memberships, or engaging with our content, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. Eligibility & Use of Website

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use this Website or purchase services.

We do not work with everyone. Compatibility, readiness, and alignment matter.

3. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee a relationship, marriage, engagement, compatibility, or romantic outcome

  • We do not guarantee a specific number of matches or introductions

  • We do not guarantee timelines or response rates

  • Success depends on many factors beyond our control, including market availability, preferences, effort, flexibility, timing, and personal conduct

We provide strategy, access, discernment, introductions, and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

4. Matchmaking Terms

For private matchmaking clients:

  • Service scope, duration, and pricing will be defined in a separate client agreement where applicable

  • Introductions are curated at our discretion based on alignment and availability

  • We are not obligated to present every candidate reviewed or considered

  • We may pause, adjust, or discontinue a search where necessary to preserve service quality or safety

You agree to engage respectfully, honestly, and in good faith throughout the process.

5. Coaching, Educational Content & Disclaimer

All coaching, courses, resources, and content provided by Match Made by Love are for informational, educational, and strategic purposes only.

We are not acting as:

  • Licensed therapists

  • Psychologists

  • Attorneys

  • Financial advisors

  • Medical professionals

Nothing on this Website or through our services constitutes therapy, mental health treatment, legal advice, or medical advice.

Always seek qualified licensed professionals for those matters.

Use of our Website or services does not create a therapist-patient, attorney-client, or healthcare provider relationship.

6. Membership Terms (The Love Club)

If you join any membership program:

  • Billing may be recurring (monthly, annual, or as disclosed at purchase)

  • Benefits, inclusions, access, and offerings may evolve over time

  • Membership access is personal and non-transferable

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for misuse, misconduct, or policy violations

Unless otherwise stated in writing, membership fees are non-refundable.

7. User Accounts

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

8. Payment Terms

We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the point of sale:

  • Digital products are non-refundable

  • Coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable

  • Membership fees are non-refundable

  • Matchmaking retainers and service fees are non-refundable

This policy exists because time, strategy, labor, recruiting efforts, intellectual property, and reserved availability are allocated immediately upon purchase.

At our sole discretion, we may offer credits, rescheduling, or alternative accommodations. We are never obligated to issue refunds.

10. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Shows

For calls, coaching sessions, consultations, or appointments:

  • At least twenty-four (24) hours notice may be required to reschedule

  • Late cancellations may be forfeited

  • No-shows may be forfeited in full

Specific scheduling policies may also appear at checkout or in client agreements.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website and Company content, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Downloads

  • Frameworks

  • Methods

  • Workbooks

  • Databases

  • Course materials

  • Written content

is owned by Match Made by Love or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, license, sell, scrape, train AI systems on, or exploit our content without prior written consent.

Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted only where expressly authorized.

13. Affiliate Links, Collaborations & Sponsored Content

Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you.

Sponsored relationships, gifted partnerships, or paid collaborations will be disclosed where required.

We aim to recommend only products or services we genuinely believe may provide value.

14. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to harass, threaten, abuse, manipulate, discriminate against, stalk, exploit, or otherwise behave inappropriately toward:

  • Members

  • Guests

  • Partners

We reserve the right to remove access or terminate services immediately for conduct we deem unsafe, abusive, deceptive, or misaligned.

No refund will be owed in such cases.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Made by Love shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, emotional distress, relationship outcomes, reputational harm, or data loss arising from:

  • Interactions with third parties

  • Matches or introductions

  • Delays, interruptions, or errors

Your use of the Website and services is at your sole risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Match Made by Love and its owners, officers, contractors, affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

17. Termination
